Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Administrative Specialist to support daily operations and enhance overall workflow efficiency. This role requires strong organizational ability, professionalism, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office workflow
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for departmental needs
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with strong attention to detail
  • Serve as a communication hub between teams, departments, and external partners
  • Assist with process improvements and identify opportunities to streamline tasks
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide general operational and administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of administrative or coordination experience in a professional office setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
